De veras? Quieres saber cuanto cuesta un casarodante de Airstream? Si nuevo, desde $20,000 a mas de $100,000. Si usado, menos pero a veces no mucho.

Great blog! Recently, my husband and I were in Spokane, WA. We pulled into a grocery store parking lot (with Airstream in tow) and a lady knocked on our window to hand us a business card of the Shady Dell. She was apparently a relative of one of the owners. Looks like an interesting place. We'll have to check it out next time we are in Arizona.

Retirement is planned in 6 years and then it is off traveling. I am sure we will be getting through Missouri at one point. I would be happy to help clean the bathrooms.

[...] Nuestra casa rodante - Our Airstream, travels and such… added an interesting post on Arizona Part IIHere’s a small excerptThe leg from the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument to Tucson took a very long time. It did not help that the Arizona DOT was messing around with the on and off ramps by I-10 so we could not get on the freeway. Instead we got to stop and go with the hundreds of others for about 10 miles on the frontage road. It did not help that Tucson was hosting their Rock and Gemstone Show . It just added to the fun. Our destination was the Gilbert Ray campground at the Tucson County Mountain Park. [...]

The KOA is comfortable. It is not a luxury location but not a dump. On a 1 to 10, I would say a 7-8. The roads are paved but the sites are gravel (I like that). There is a bit of highway noise but it is easy access to I-80. There is a park at CalExpo but it is ALL concrete and not level! This is the best bet for Sacramento.

I did not see any evidence of any problems and I have heard the news reports. However I think those are isolated to the major border towns (Tijuana, Matamoros, etc). Mexicali is large but not as touristy as the others. Also if you stay away from the 'bad' areas all should be fine.

I don't think we would go down there alone, there is strength in numbers, even if it is only 2.

I have been wanting us to take a trip down to Mex with the Airstream and Roman is very hesitant. He has been hearing stories of rampant crimes against americans are on the rise down there... having been down there recently (we have not gone down since last year) with your Airstream do you feel there is a real problem right now?
